Bank account fees

admin December 5th, 2008

I’ve been out a lot, so today was supposed to be my “stay at home” day, but dad dragged my butt to go grocery shopping.

I’ve been getting charged a bit of money from the bank lately but didn’t do anything about it since I had a busy semester, so I decided to bring my account summary and inquire about it.

I got to the bank and lined up (there wasn’t even a place to queue at actually). A lady came up to me and asked what I needed help with.

  • Me: These $6 charges, what are they for?
  • Her: I can change it to $4 if you want.
  • Me: But are they compulsory?
  • Her: Yes, they are account keeping fees.
  • Me: But I didn’t sign up to this.
  • Her: Oh it’s automatic.

Yes, they can charge you WHENEVER they like…

  • Me: But I’ve never been charged that and when I signed up to it, they said there wasn’t any fees.
  • Her: This is the fee you have to pay to maintain your account.
  • Me: Oh.

Dumbfounded because that was the most unhelpful response she can give.

  •  Her: So you want to change this to the $4 one? Here, [guy] will help you out.

Okay then, I thought. THAT is helpful, lady!

  • Him: So the difference between the $6 fee and the $4 is that they are exactly the same, except the $4 one you cannot make withdrawals over the counter. Say if you want to withdraw $2000, it will charge you $2 every time.
  • Me: I see. Do they charge students this?
  • Him: No. Are you a full time student?
  • Me: Yes
  • Him: Can I see your student ID please?
  • Me: Here it is.
  • Him: Can I have your name?

After that, he told me to go sit and wait. GREAT!

So when it comes to my turn, another lady was serving me, and I had to go over the same process again, repeating everything up to mentioned point. GREAT! But wait, that’s not all!

  • Her: So now we will waive your fees.
  • Me: So do I get a refund of the fees I paid?
  • Her: No, you’re not getting charged starting today.
  • Me: How come?
  • Her: You’ve given us your student ID today, so it will waive from today on.
  • Me: I signed up at UNSW’s bank, and they told me I wouldn’t be charged. I’ve given in my student card and everything beforehand.
  • Her: But you need to give it in every year.
  • Me: Look, I’ve been charged starting August - if it is this way, how come I wasn’t charged before August?
  • Her: It’s because you haven’t given us your student card before,
  • Me: Yes, but how come you automatically assumed I’m not a student starting August?
  • Her: I’m going to get my manager.

Yes… perfect. Assuming I am not a student MID-semester. So the first
lady came up to me and starting talking

  • Her: I have spoken to you before. As I said earlier, the $6 is the account fee

But that wasn’t what I wanted to know now, so I started explaining that I was aware of these fees, and I was aware that they weren’t charging students!

And SO, the whole process repeated AGAIN… GREAT service huh? Making me repeat all that to 3 different people! But wait, there’s even MORE. She apparently started becoming psychic!!!

  • Her: So you must have signed up, and then not extend the student status, so we assumed that you are no longer a student and charged the fees. Because you have to renew it every year.
  • Me: So you are not going to return this, even though I have been a student for the whole year?
  • Her: But we have no proof that you have been a student this whole year because we haven’t received your student ID.

Ha, I thought, now I can challenge her!

  • Me: So if I bring my academic statement to you, you will return these charges to me?

Not getting out of this one, surely?

  • Her: Yes…

FINALLY!!

  • Her: …but you have to go back to the original branch… so at UNSW… and give those details and then they will return the fees.

Ha, always a catch, isn’t there?

Them getting your money, too easy.
You getting a single cent off them - difficult as hell.
Getting your rightful money back from them after they made a mistake or charging when they’re not supposed to? Dream on…

So I said to them..

  • Me: So I go to their bank, tell them that I’ve been sent by Campsie branch to present proof of my student status, and they will give me my money back?
  • Her: Yes.
  • Me: Thank you.

Ticked off, I walked out of the bank.

Different branches, same company - and this is how they treat their clients! Inconvenient! So if I made an account in Sydney, and moved to, say Perth, then I have to fly to Sydney’s bank to manage my account?! Pathetic!

But for now, I’m going to try doing it their way. I sure hope it’s worth it; it’s already been a serious waste of my time!!

Uni’s out for 2008!!! CELEBRATE!

admin November 14th, 2008

It’s been a while since semester hell!

Not to say this semester wasn’t hell or anything; it has been very stressful, especially with the additional pressures revolving around getting into Honours and all that (AKA: passing with a good mark). Nothing was certain, and still isn’t, so I’m going to continue to pray… But for now…

I’ve survived yet another semester of uni! <3

Barely got by with a massive sleep debt (have a jabbing headache as I type), I’m currently lounging around, cleaning my room, and doing things I haven’t done in a while, like sleeping (might do that after this entry)!

So how was uni for 3rd year 2nd semester for me?

  • Stressful: a lot of work!

As per usual, but I’m not sure which semester had more work (excluding the overload in semester 1)! Whatever it is, should be used to it!

  •  Disappointment

I had placed so much effort and haven’t been getting what I thought as “a very good mark”.

For example, I had an advanced literature review to do, 3000 words for 15%… After 2 whole weeks of stress, planning, searching, reading, understanding, writing and editing, an end product came out, and I was proud of it. However…

On the side before finishing this article, I had a mid-semester exam which I studied quite a lot for, quite well I thought… Results weren’t out till I completed my literature review article (which I was so pleased… until went online to saw my mid-session mark and got discouraged again). ARGH!

  • Excitement + paranoia

Many things that were exciting, like getting a summer vacation scholarship unexpectedly (supervisor only allowed one place and it was already taken up, but he somehow accepted me as well).

  • Oscillating excitement/paranoia/disappointment

With the last two points mentioned, there are a lot of these moments throughout semester, just one after another, and again! Emotional roller-coaster, but not as bad as last semester (where the two variables were motivated/demotivated)

  • Better exam timetable
  1. 30.10.08 - Recombinant DNA techniques (theory)
  2. 01.11.08 - Human biochemistry
  3. 06.11.08 - Recombinant DNA techniques (practical)
  4. 12.11.08 - Molecular cell biology
  5. 13.11.08 - Immunology

-Though I start early, I end late.

-Though I had more exams than people around I know had, they were quite evenly spread out, and that forced me to give myself a time limit on things, spending sufficient time on each on (no more no less).

-Though I have a back-to-back exam (of which are worth 40% and 55% respectively), I am grateful for the amount of time in between I have to study for it. Even though I had to take a whole day off studying to get ready and attend my aunt’s wedding.

Whatever anyone said, I could officially say that (a) I was pleased with my timetable this time around, and (b) you’ll survive that timetable, can’t be any worse than my timetable last semester! I was so paranoid that the exam times would change, and if it did, I was seriously cursed… however, it didn’t, and I was heaps happy :D Oh and no bombings, no roof tile collapsing, etc. So no complaints here!

  • Pressure

Self-induced pressure on myself for reasons mentioned above!

  • Supportive and loving family

Always will, always has been. Very grateful for this. Relieves a lot of stress when I know everything’s been done. I’m going to try and make it up now :D Starting with the dishes ^^;

Anyway.

I found out something, and I just want to remark, “told you, our year’s cursed”. You’ll understand. Ok, here is an excerpt:

Changes to the Academic Calendar in 2009 and 2010

September 2008

The University has reviewed the structure of the Academic Calendar following feedback from students and staff on the 12-week teaching semester introduced in 2008.

At its September meeting, the Academic Board noted the intention to introduce several changes to the Calendar in 2009 with full implementation from 2010. The Calendar will continue to be based on the 12-week standard teaching period model. The key features and changes are:

1. Adoption of “12 weeks in 13” semester structure. Within a 12-week-based teaching period, classes may be scheduled to run in 12 of 13 weeks. For example, lectures might commence in the first week and run until Week 12, while tutorials might commence and end a week later (see the example below). This will allow courses to have ’sequenced’ content in tutorials and laboratories. Schools will determine the offering pattern of classes in their courses within the “12 weeks in 13” framework.

Example of “12 weeks in 13” delivery structure for a course with lectures, laboratories and tutorials
Week 1 - Lectures commence - Prep. Lab. only; no tutes
Week 2 - Lectures continue - Labs, tutes, etc commence
Week 13 - No lectures - Final labs, tutes, etc

2. Restoration of the study break and examination periods to standardised durations (equivalent to pre-2008 arrangements). Saturday and evening exam sessions will be retained.

3. Uniprep and reStart activities held in Week 1 in parallel with reduced teaching activities. This compulsory week will assist students to prepare academically for their studies. Faculty-run activities will include introductions to laboratories for specific courses, OHS training, studio competencies and similar activities. Voluntary activities will include reStart workshops for returning students.

4. Aligning Semester 1 mid-semester break with at least 1 week of NSW school holidays and Easter public holidays.

5. The Semester 2 mid-semester break to fall after the seventh week of classes.

6. Minimisation of public holidays that fall in teaching weeks.

That’s all for now!

Crossing the list off

admin July 7th, 2008

Determined to get some of the things crossed off of my list, I finally got around to hand-washing some of my clothes.

My long sleeved hoodie top (more like a jumper), 2 pairs of stockings, my shorts… and my red/black lace up g-string (which I wondered long and hard about whether I should or shouldn’t wash… in case dad sees it). Oh well, in it goes.

Not sure what some of the instructions actually meant, I dumped them one by one in the basin full of cold water and added an arbitrary amount of washing powder and started washing them.

I had trouble with one particular; that thick hoodie- I had rinsed it about 5 times with clean water yet soapy water still runs through. Getting a bit impatient, I commented it to dad.

“How many scoops did you use for those 5 articles?” he asked.
“A quarter of a scoop?” (I hadn’t the heart to tell him I actually used half a scoop…)
“That’s too much!”

Oops! I’ll keep that in mind…

Procrastinator’s procrastination

admin July 7th, 2008

I’d a few things I said I’d do in my holidays during the semester. So now that I’m on holidays, there are no more excuses.

Except, I always find myself putting them off. They aren’t big or anything, I’m just… I needed a rest (inner self: true that), doing other things (inner self: do them later!), or just lazy (mum: that’s no excuse!).

Here are a few things that was on my list couple days ago… I’m hoping that posting them on this blog will serve as a lovely subtle reminder. Cough.

  • Buy a few things:
    1. Personal girly things (i.e. fash wash… sanitary essentials…)
I actually did that yesterday with my mum… but that wasn’t because I was bothered… but I was starting to really need it. Blush.
    2. Rubber gloves.
So I can hand wash some clothes I’ve worn during the semester but never managed to wash. Which is why I’ve been putting this off as well.
But again, I bought these yesterday whilst shopping with mum, who kindly reminded me of it… Sigh.
    3. Medium envelope.
To send out the skirt I sold on eBay. But the buyer hasn’t paid yet, so I’ll leave that till later…
    4. Keyboard.
My keyboard is really really hard to press on, and since I developed RSI studying for my exams, Andrew and I switched so I can write notes on the computer… till I get myself a new one.
I put this one off initially because I didn’t want to spend money (I decided not to go back to work these holidays… well, not just yet anyway, I need some quality time for myself), but now I’m putting it off because Andrew told me to; he might be able to get a discount, says he =]
    5. Buying a gift.
Simply cos I don’t know what to get. Perhaps someone can recommend some gifts for a 2 year anniversary…
  • Organise a few outings as we’ve been neglecting one another because of uni:
    • My girls.
We haven’t seen each other for a really long time! And whom Imiss awfully! I must take initiative…sometime soon…
    • Jess.
Whom I had actually called and “arranged” to go out “sometime”… but haven’t set an actual date yet. Oh and it must be on a weekend as she is occupied Monday to Friday.
    • Mary.
Before semester 1 started, we organised something but something got in the way, so we decided to go out in the holidays. And I was going to ask her, but she (being the more organised one) beat me to it. We’re going out this Thursday night at 6pm for dinner and shopping.
    • Uni friends.
Because we hardly get to see each other for various reasons (everyone is doing their own thing, we’re taking different subjects because we’re majoring in different things, we don’t gym together from lack of time… etc). And… me, being really really organised, haven’t organised any thus far again.
I actually just received a message 2 minutes ago from a uni friend asking if we wanted to see a movie and have lunch on the Wednesday.
    • Other high school friends.
I haven’t seen them since forever!!! I’ll get off my lazy ass soon enough though…
    • My boyfriend.
Our 2 year anniversary is on the 14th this month, which is next Monday… but he works on weekdays…
  • Check results.
It comes out on the 10th or 11th July! I can’t wait (don’t need a reminder but it was on my list)!
  • Hand wash clothes.
  • Decide whether  should go to a few places:
    • Opeth concert (before the tickets get sold out!): it’s during week 6 of the next semester… mid-semester break is between week 9 and 10…
    • 2 Weddings: I know they’re a must, especially since they’re direct relatives, but finishing 3rd year uni with a good average is also very important!

Hence concludes my list thus far.

Timetable for year 3 semester 2

Again, isn’t it gorgeous?

I can smell another awesome semester coming my way after semester 1!

Some things I love at the moment are…

admin July 1st, 2008

A random post today. Here are some of the things I’ve been in love with recently or for a while now… some to the point where I think it’s starting to become unhealthy bug me:

  1. The L word’s Shane (Katherine Moennig)
I’ve been catching up on watching The L Word lately. Saw it on TV couple years ago, watched a bit but never really got around to it… And I fell in love with Shane; her on-screen personality, looks and style… hair, dress sense (her in the suit really does it for me).., oh so perfect! I love her!
    Shane1Shane2Shane3
  2. School girl skirts (or any mini skirt will do!)
Even before it became big, I’ve always had a massive fetish obsession with school girl skirts. Need I say more?
    sgs1sgs3sgs2
  3. Demonia shoes
Oh man, I’ve been dying to get a pair of boots (preferably knee-highs), but I went into shop after shop, and couldn’t find any that I liked. In desperation, I browsed online, and fell in love with Demonia. Only problem is that I’ve yet to find a retailer with a huge range, and not that expensive either. I don’t want to buy it online ‘cos of postage, and I’m not able to try them on… I can’t wait till I see these in real life!
    dem1dem2dem3
  4. Leah Dizon
I have a huge thing for halfies - and so does half of the world (or more than that, like every other statistic, is made up on the spot)… And I think Leah Dizon is really cute! Who doesn’t mind a Chinese/Filipino/French model/actress/Japanese pop singer? (She’s even posing in school girl uniform too! See?)
    ld1ld2ld3
  5. Guitar pick jewelry
I love my music heaps and heaps! And I love jewelry. So what better way to wear your favourite band than making guitar pick jewelry?! I’ve even been browsing a few picks to buy (unfortunately, some of my favourite bands don’t have picks! I still love them though)!
Only problem is that I can’t actually make them myself, but Andrew’s mum is going to bead of something that looks like picture 3:
    gpj1gpj3gpj2
  6. Gothic/punk clothing and accessories
All the lovely things that are or go with lolita/gothic/punk fashion! *hearts*
    gp1gp2gp3
  7. Demotivators
Just when things get bad, I find these little beauties… Yeah, they help heaps don’t they?
    demo1demo2 demo3
  8. LOLCats
SO cute and funny! >.< For when demotivators don’t help.
    lol1lol2lol3
  9. Pon and Zi
Who has a bigger love than Pon, anyone?
    pz1pz3pz2
  10. Tattoos
Have always wanted a tatt… I really love the tatts by the Miami Ink guys! I wish I can go there just for a tatt, free-style. I especially love their shading, their use of colour (or lack thereof)… everything they do turns out perfect! Anyway, here are some designs (not necessarily from them) that I thought were cool.
    tatt1tatt2tatt3
  11. Kimono, yukata, waloli
There’s just something about these… I never knew I’d think traditional clothing as hot! So had to buy one I like… and I think they’re mad expensive too…
    kimonokywkyw2
  12. Lace-ups, lacing, lace… Fishnets
    lace1lace2lace3
  13. Animals/pets
I didn’t use to like animals, not at all. After moving here, one of the neighbour’s cat kept playing wth us whenever we go for our walks… and we can’t help but feel affection for it.
I want a pet now but my dad’s right, “How can you take care of a pet when you can’t even take care of yourself?!” Sigh. Still love them though, how adorable are they!!!
    cubhermit crabcat
  14. Random stuff
I love pictures - some really do tell a thousand words, so let these speak for itself

That’s all for now!

BSc Adv. Sci., year 3, semester 1

admin June 27th, 2008

So it’s officially the holidays now for this poor old uni student… Let’s have a little recap of my whole semester.

Where to start? I guess at the uttermost beginning?

Well, it has been quite a tough semester for me (tension headaches, lack of appetite, lack of sleep, exhaustion), and I know I’m not the only one because my friends have been pretty stressed out themselves (2 threw up… stress-induced).

Ok, scratch tough, it was HELL! And that doesn’t even begin to describe it! No exaggeration. Usually I love studying, it has been hard but nowhere, nowhere, nowhere near this!!

Let’s see… let’s start with changes that occurred to the uni itself this semester:

  • 14 week semester has been reduced to 12 weeks
Implication: same amount of work in less amount of time, which is crazy mad for us… we have at least something major due or a quiz/exam/test each week! The average for me was 3 assessments a week…
I had to miss out on a Porcupine Tree concert to study for the mid-semester exams (I had 3 that following week)… and anyone that know me well will know how important this was for me, how little I go out regardless, and how badly I broke down because I couldn’t make it! Their first tour in Australia, and they’ve been around for 20 years! But I’ve been convinced they’ll be back, someday soon.
  • Cutback on our STUVAC (study vacation)
Was initially about a week, now checking my student diary consisted of a Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday - barely enough time to go through 4 full third year subjects!
  • Winter sessions taken away
    Implications: overloading (below).
  • BSc (Adv) and BMedSci WAM (weighted average mark) increased from 65 to 70
A few of my friends from Bsc (Adv) and BMedSci who has a WAM below 70 received warning emails, informing them if they don’t increase their average, they will get dropped down to BSc… Ever since knowing the possibility of dropping down to BSc, I had been feeling the pressure more than ever!
A BMedSci friend later told me that they have been told that changes have only been applied to newcomers, which relieved me for a bit before she told me that it mightn’t be the same for BSc (Adv)!! (Thanks so much.. ><)
  • Examination changes
Here’s an excerpt of the email we received. But to sum up, we are having:

    • Shorter exam period
    • 3 exams per day schedule
    • Exams on Saturday
  • Mid-semester break between week 2 and 3
After 3 months of break, having a uni break after the 2nd week of uni is rather… y’know. So after that is a period continuous studying for 10 weeks.
BUT, this didn’t concern me as I had to attend lab 9 to 5 daily for bacteria and disease laboratory work (which I really enjoyed, don’t get me wrong! In fact, I thought it was the best part of the course!)

So that was already giving me a hard time. Ranting on, these were the things I found personally stressful for me:

  • Overloading
As if four full subjects wasn’t enough on my plate, I (stupidly) decided to overload, another half subject (3UOC general education) instead of trying to do it in the summer session in case it spots get filled up since winter session has been taken away
  • My final exam timetable (5 exams in 7 days)
    • 13/06 MICR3041 (Immunology)
    • 16/06 BIOC3111 (Molecular biology of proteins)
    • 18/06 BIOC3261 (Molecular biology of nucleic acids: theory)
    • 18/06 MICR3081 (Bacteria and Disease)
    • 19/06 BIOC3261 (Molecular biology of nucleic acids: practical)
  • Changes towards the end of the final exams
Full story here - but basically, I was a victim of 2 exam rescheduling:

    • 18/06 MICR3081 moved to 19/06
    • 19/06 BIOC3261 moved to 21/06

So there you have it, a summary of what I had gone through in the past 13-14 weeks. Don’t be discouraged from third year science after reading this because rest assured, people do survive from things like this… (just barely in my case)…

Hope all students enjoy their hard earned, much needed holidays!

Changes in Exam Room Venues & Rescheduled Exam Timetable

admin June 19th, 2008

Sigh

It just keeps getting better…

Dear students,

As many of you would be aware we have had two major incidents during this exam session which have caused considerable disruption for many of our students.

The first was a deliberately lit fire in the early hours of Wednesday 18 June 2008 which damaged the Kingsford Room in the Squarehouse Building. Due to limited time and the early hour of the fire, we were unable to consult examiners about alternative exam locations and hence cancelled a number of exams schedule for the Kingsford Room.

Notice of the cancelled exams was posted at the Squarehouse all students. Schools and Faculties were also advised by email and phone. Yesterday an email was sent to students scheduled to sit exams in the Kingsford Room from 19 June onwards for the duration of the exam period, advising of the new venue details.

The second incident involved the Pavilion at Randwick Racecourse (AJC), with acoustic roofing panels falling from the ceiling just prior to the commencement of exams.  Exam papers had not been distributed and by the time the AJC set up an alternative venue at Randwick, it was too late to restart the exams as they would not have finished before the afternoon exams were scheduled to start. As the incident happened during normal working hours we were able to contact examiners.

We are currently working on alternate dates and times for the cancelled exams and students will be advised as soon as these times have been set.  All consideration is being given to minimise the impact on students.

My final exam timetable, which I happily tell people about when trying to help them feel less pressured/stressed, are as follows:

  • 13/06 MICR3041 (Immunology)
  • 16/06 BIOC3111 (Molecular biology of proteins)
  • 18/06 BIOC3261 (Molecular biology of nucleic acids: theory paper)
  • 18/06 MICR3081 (Bacteria and Disease)
  • 19/06 BIOC3261 (Molecular biology of nucleic acids: practical paper)

And the 2 incidences described in the email…?

18/06 (Bacteria and Disease) just so happened to be in the Kingston Room, hence, was moved to the following day on the 19/06 after my scheduled exam.

Disruption?

After a distressing journey getting to the venue (that involves buses arriving at different stands at an unregulated fashion + many stressed out students trying to get to the racecourse) for my 8:45am exam today (19/06) and reaching the Pavillion with hardly any time to spare, we got organised, seated and everything.

I was looking forwards to this exam, ready to get it over and done with… When suddenly a roof panel collapsed from the roof. Some starting freaking out, others started laughing, and the remainder just sat quietly, waiting for the papers to be handed out.

And tumbles down another roof panel, directly onto a student’s table (Thank God she was okay), and the supervisors & co. decided to evacuate us out of the room. We waited until further notice, which was we later found out was to be rescheduled.

I was supposed to finish today… but it has been eventful I guess… 2 cancellations in 2 consecutive days, when the chances of them happening are slim to none.

Deliberately lighting up fire?

Someone was certainly angry… No further comment on that one…

Roof panels collapsing?

Shouldn’t've happened, end of story.
How? Don’t ask.
Why? No idea.
Who? No one is to blame for that. Just pure bad luck on my behalf, methinks, which has certainly been for me, even just randomly.

On top of all that,  I did really, realy, really badly in bacteria and disease (rescheduled from yesterday) due to lack of study time…

But whatever happen happens, right?

Right?

Anyone?

Sad sigh.

Tragic train ticket trip

admin May 18th, 2008

I usually get my weekly travel pass early on Sundays when I go for my walks. I usually go with mum to get the ticket, and I always bring some extra money just in case. And I always get it from the ticket machine without fail (because I can’t be bothered asking the ticket seller to come to the counter to serve me).

But this week, it’s different. My aunt and them came over, so I haven’t the chance to get it early. So I got it late whilst on my daily walk. Mum was cooking (she cooks on weekends) so it was my dad and I. Because I overspent yesterday, I didn’t have extra money to bring.

So I got to the ticket machine, and stuck 20c in. Nothing happened, so I thought it needed a tiny push and put a 10c piece in. Still not working. I canceled the ticket and only the 10c piece came out. Then I went over to the counter (they guy was already sitting there today) and I told him the machine wasn’t working properly, and that my 20c was lost in there and that I was 20c short. The guy told me he couldn’t do anything about it, so I let it be and asked dad for some money (man, I was starting to look VERY cheap here). I got my $21.50 travel pass and started to walk home, having dad lecture me about bringing extra money in case that scenario happened (inner self: It doesn’t usually!!!).

On the way, I saw mum walking towards us. She was catching up on her walking, so we once again walked to the station again. Then I saw that guy who served me open up the ticket machine and asking the other customer how much he had stuck in. So I came around just to have a look, and the seller looked at me and said “you put 20c in?” to which I nodded (I’m like, shit, I must look VERY VERY cheap now).

Curiosity got the best of us 3 so we stood and watched him enter the pin and started whacking the machine to eject some coins out. Realising that the THREE of us look as though we were waiting for our 20c, I suggested us to leave before we got it back, because by then, we’d look VERY VERY VERY cheap.

So embarrassing! >.<

Moral of the story? None, it was just pure bad luck.

Dr. Sophie

admin May 17th, 2008

After my indecisiveness, I’d decided to ditch studying and go to Sophie’s BBQ at Coogee beach today to celebrate her finishing her PhD. And I’m glad I did!

Before I reached Coogee, I went and got her a box of celebrations and a rose =] The day was just very chilled out, lots of laughs and random/weird photo shoots, food (which I didn’t get to eat because I came later)… a nice break from all that uni stuff. The sky and weather was lovely as well! See?
